AQB GUIDE NOTE 1

ADDITIONAQL AQB GUIDANCE FOR CRITERIA IMPLEMENTATION

INTERACTING WITH THE BOARD

The AQB conducts quarterly public meetings throughout the country. Meeting observers have the opportunity to provide comment at these meetings. A list of upcoming public meetings can be found on the Foundation web site at www.appraisalfoundation.org.

Criteria-related issues being contemplated by the Board, including changes and interpretations, are disseminated to the public in the form of exposure drafts. Individuals are strongly encouraged to comment on these drafts and on any other matter of concern regarding appraiser qualifications.

AQB members serve up to a three-year term and are selected through a national search and interview process. A minimum often years of appraisal experience is required to be considered for appointment to the AQB.

The 2006 members of the AQB are as follows:

Sandra Guilfoil, Chair, of Federal Way, Washington

Gary Taylor, Vice Chair, of Hauppauge, New York

Rick Baumgardner of Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Chris Greenwalt of Greeley, Colorado

Karen Oberman of West Des Moines, Iowa

Scott Seely of Lufkin, Texas
